Community Building: Cultural Proficiency
Workshops for Today’s Diverse Workplace

Neighborhood House is a Minnesota leader in cultural understanding, providing organizations across the state with key competencies to thrive in diverse communities. Cultural Proficiency Workshops for Today’s Diverse Workplace offer relevant, timely information to effectively navigate an ever-changing, ever-expanding cultural landscape.

Our workshops are ideal for organizations with an increasingly diverse client and/or employee base. We provide tools to bridge the cultural divide and establish mutually beneficial and respectful relationships.

Upon completion of each workshop, attendees recieve a certificate of recognition. These workshops are also approved for CEU credit for teachers and social workers.
